Random Anime Artwork

Some Random Anime Sketches

This is an anime character from the series called Naruto. I did some research about the shapes and how to draw the character completely, and finally I started building it. I began constructing the shoulders, and moved  towards the lower body part, leaving the head to be drawn later on. This sketch of Ino took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to do.

Another Naruto sketch, this particular one is my favourite. It was made in charcoal, on an A3 paper size, and the character is Naruto's master. I drew him in this posture strictly because of his past, and story that can be revealed along the way of the series, being the type of person that's completely strict, and doesn't want to do anything wrong. This drawing represents a scene that's inside the series, when he kills a wanted assasin and it starts raining afterwards. The character's name is Kakashi. In order to start the drawing, I did his mask, and part of the hair with the village headband. Afterwards, did the shadows on the hair and continued doing the facial expression, leaving the clothes and ambient as a final touch. The sketch took about 1 hour to be done.

This drawing is from another Naruto series scene, and the character is Naruto's father, one of the leaders of his village. I thought I may draw him in this posture, since he sacrificed himself for the village, and was strong enough to put his son in harm's way by sealing a powerful spirit inside of him. This is the scene where Minato dies, when fighting. I made this drawing starting with the hair, and slowly creating part of his head, leaving the clothes as minor details that have been added towards the end of the drawing. The duration in which this sketch has been done is somewhere about 50 minutes.
